It was terrible. From the people working, to the "breakfast", to the rotting boards on the upstairs walkway (people walking by the room outside would cause the bed to shake), every thing about it was nasty. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I booked the room and when we arrived they asked if we wanted to pay $10 for a newly remodeled room. My husband said no thank you. They charged us for it any way. My $75 room became a $95 room plus fees. My husband checked us in and out and we were about 10 miles down the road and I called back.and was told you signed for it...you will pay for it. Never again. This is the 2nd time I have been screwed by a Days Inn.

Nothing good
Dirty, hot (no AC working), loud drunk neighbors, skimpy breakfast. Worst night sleep I have had in a long time. Curtains and rod hanging off wall and razor shavings on sink. Gross.

She upgraded our room to the deluxe.
I was charged a pet fee which I saw nowhere. Spoke to the woman at the desk at check in about a late checkout. She said If by 12, I wouldn't be charged. A different staff member charged me =(

A Hidden Gem with Room for Improvement!
The location is great for exploring local attractions. We enjoyed a lovely area nearby for dining. The cleanliness needs attention, so check your room thoroughly upon arrival.

The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
We found a big roach in our bathtub. The water did not drain in the shower, and our room was never cleaned after the first night for the next night.

100% recommend for a transient visit
Clean room, tasty breakfast, perfect location. The variety of essential amenities, like free Wi-Fi and a tv were great, while being conveniently close to attractions and just a short drive from Louisville Airport.

The rooms were neat, newly decorated, and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The bed was nice, a bathtub worked well. Location: the hotel was right by several restaurants and stores, resturants and walmart and other places and Buffalo Trace Distillery.

First I would like to say that the staff was amazing. They upgraded my parents to a deluxe room. The room was very clean. They even moved my parents to a different room when I realized there was no elevator and they are disabled.
While the room was very clean it was not comfortable at all. I did not find this out until the next morning when I came to get them. The beds were not very comfortable and apparently the outdated heat/air system was broken. SO while I highly recommend the staff in trying to make us feel welcome, which they did. I can't recommend this place. The staff said the rooms were remodeled, but apparently they forgot to remodel the beds and heating/air system in the process.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Old trash was discovered, and the bathroom was in disrepair with broken outlets. The breakfast offerings were minimal, and the overall décor, reminiscent of a bygone era, felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh. The cable service showed nothing but static, quite frustrating during downtime, while the bed's mattress was far from comfortable, leading to unexpected backaches. Quiet seemed hard to come by as well, with some disturbances from outside noise and other rooms.

Nice place with free wi-fi, laundry, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped return my forgotten earpods, which I appreciate. I'm coming back for a new year!
